7:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Hotel PickUp

Our limousine bus will pick you up at all hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter area.

Note: due to the specific traffic conditions in the area( walking streets at weekend), we will try to organize picking up as soon as possible within frame of time. Please, wait at the hotel’s lobby from 7h00. Thanks for the co-operation!

9:45 AM - 10:00 AM: Boarding the Cruise

You will have a short time to rest at Halong International Marina before boarding. Then, Halong Symphony cruise will welcome you with professional and friendly staffs to begin exploring the World’s Natural Heritage site- Halong bay.

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Cruising

Halong Symphony cruise will take you to explore the poetic beauty of the bay and the wonder of nature. From cruise, you will see hundreds of limestone mountains with countless different shapes and emerald sea water. All converging with the cloud and sky to creat a beautiful, shimmering picture that can make you smile, touch every soul- even the coldest.

 11:30 AM - 12:30 AM: Visiting Sung Sot Cave 

You will leave cruise with tour guide to explore one of the largest and the most beautiful caves of the bay- Surprising cave. Just from first steps leading into the cave, you will gradually feel beauty and mystery what the Nature bestows this cave. Here, our guide will share you interesting and useful informations about destination as an indispensable spice in the dish called Heritage Journey.

12:30 AM - 1:45 PM: Enjoy Lunch

After visiting cave, you will be served buffet lunch on the cruise.

2:00 PM - 2:45 PM: Visiting Luon Cave by kayaking or bamboo boat ( Optional 5$/pax)

After having lunch, you will continue your exploration by rowing boat( or kayak) to visit Luon cave. The cave is about 40m of length, which opens an extremely peaceful and secluded valley.

 2:45 PM - 3:30 PM Visiting Titop Island

Just after visiting Luon cave, our speed boat will take you all the way to Ti Top island. Here, you will have around 45 minutes to rest or immerse yourself into cool sea water of Halong ay.

Ti Top is a small island which was chosen as a stopover and visiting point on journey of President Ho Chi Minh to welcome Soviet astronaut- Gherman Titov on November 22, 1962. To remember that event,as well as strengthen the friendship between Vietnam and Soviet Union, our Uncle Ho named the island Ti Top.

3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Enjoy Afternoon Tea Under the Sunset

After participating in outdoor activities, you will come back cruise and begin the journey back marina. Our cruise staffs will set up sunset party during cruising. You will enjoy fruits, cakes and drinks. At this time, staffs and guide will share insights, interact with guests, express gratitude to every one and foster a sense of connection.

5:00 PM: DISEMBARK AT HALONG INTERNATIONAL MARINA AND TRANSFER BACK HANOI

4 HOURS LUXURY EXPERIENCE AT THE FAIRY HERITAGE

17:00 - 17:30: Staff of Ha Long Symphony cruise will welcome you as soon as you arrive at Sunworld Ha Long international marina. Here, you will have time to rest and take some photos before boarding.

17:30 - 18:00: You will board the Ha Long Symphony cruise with a warm welcome from the cruise staff, combined with music and welcome drinks as wishes for a Happy Journey!

18:00 - 18:30: The cruise begins SYMPHONY BY NIGHT. From cruise, you will have the opportunity to see the sparkling night view of Ha Long city. Besides, Bai Chay bridge, Sun wheel, Bai Tho mountain, square, Dolphin palace, Quang Ninh museum.

18:30 - 19:15: In the midst of a romantic atmosphere, you will be served light snacks at a canape party, and immerse yourself in melodious and peaceful music.

19:15 - 20:15: The cruise stops at the anchorage point. At this time, dinner is ready. You will immerse yourself in the luxurious space of the restaurant on the first floor to enjoy the culinary quintessence created by the cruise ship's 5* chef. The menu is a harmonious and diverse combination of Asian and European cuisine. The main ingredients are fresh seafood caught right in the bay by local people. Through the talented hands of the chef, they become dishes with traditional Asian style. Combined with European-style dishes to create balance for taste and nutrition. Your dinner will be served with melodious music played by talented artists as an indispensable spiritual dish.

20:15 - 22:00: After dinner, this will be the time for you to choose your own program: free to admire the scenery by the outdoor jacuzzi on the 2nd and 3rd floors, enjoy drinks at the Bar on the 1st floor or Sky Bar on the 2nd floor, participate in the program 'Sing for Each Other', or immerse yourself in the vibrant DJ music. The cruise on the journey takes you back to the wharf.

22:00: Disembark at Sunworld Halong international marina.

1. Services are cancelled by the client (Applied for client booking to join group tour only):
In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:

• - The cancellation from 04 days in advance of the tour departure date, it cots 0% of the total price. ( FREE CANCELLATION)
• - The cancellation from 1 day to and including 3 days, we will charged you as 50% of total price.
•  - The cancellation during the day of tour departure date, or No Show, we will charged as 100% of total price.

* This fee scheme counts for all services booked at SYMPHONY CRUISE (Halongsymphony.vn) .Refunding the client is done by banking transfer; the party who cancels pays the banking fee.

2. Services are cancelled by the client (Applied for client booking CHARTER BOAT for private tour):
In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:

• - The cancellation from 21 days or more in advance of the tour departure date, it cots 0% of the total price. ( FREE CANCELLATION)
• - The cancellation from 11 day to and including 20 days in advance, we will charged as 50% of total price.
•  - The cancellation from 6 day to and including 10 days in advance, we will charged as 80% of total price.
•  - The cancellation from 1 day to and including 5 days in advance, we will charged as 100% of total price.
•  - The cancellation during the day of tour departure date, or No Showwe will charged you as 100% of total price.

3. Services are cancelled by us Symphony Cruise:
Symphony Cruise will only cancel the contract if dramatic problems like natural disasters, epidemics, political problems, etc., may occur. In this case, clients will be refunded the total sum of booked services.

• Free of Charge for the first child (sharing service with parents), Second child will be charged 200,000 VNĐ.
• 5 - 11 years old: 75% Rate of Adult
• 12 years old and above: 100% adults rate.
