Terms and Conditions

By using this website, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy outlined by Vietnam Booking Center. If you do not accept these terms or are dissatisfied with our services, please direct your concerns via our Contact Us page. Non-compliance with these terms may result in access restrictions or legal actions. Vietnam Booking Center reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We recommend reviewing them regularly.


1. Changes to Booking

Transfers

If you or a member of your travel party is unable to travel due to valid reasons such as illness, bereavement, or legal obligations, your booking may be transferred to another individual who meets all travel requirements. A written request must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe before the departure date.

Other Modifications

Changes to bookings (e.g., hotel, itinerary, flight tickets) after confirmation will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. Group booking changes may result in adjusted pricing due to fixed costs. Any change request must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler.

Supplier-Imposed Restrictions

Some third-party providers (especially airlines) may not allow changes or may impose fees for amendments. Any additional charges or penalties incurred due to such changes will be the responsibility of the customer.


2. Insurance

Vietnam Booking Center is an inbound tour operator and does not offer travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country. For bookings involving only hotel or flight arrangements, insurance provided by Vietnam Booking Center is not applicable.


3. Complaints & Claims

Should any part of your experience fall short of expectations, please notify your local tour guide or our travel advisor immediately to address the issue on the spot. For any official complaint or refund request, you must:

  • Submit a written claim by email or post within 15 days of tour completion.
  • Include all relevant receipts and supporting documentation.

Vietnam Booking Center will not be responsible for claims made after this period.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Vietnam Booking Center acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, cruise companies, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for errors or changes caused by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, property damage, or losses due to natural disasters, political unrest, mechanical failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
  • Additional expenses incurred due to missed flights, itinerary changes, or delays.
  • Loss or theft of valuables due to customer negligence.
  • Clients not following customs, visa, or immigration rules.

Vietnam Booking Center reserves the right to modify or cancel tours, change hotels or transportation, or substitute services as needed. If a tour is canceled by us before departure, a full refund will be issued—however, no further compensation will be provided.

Risk Activities
Some tour activities involve physical exertion (e.g., boarding boats, trekking, cave exploration). Our team will provide assistance, but all activities are undertaken at your own risk.


6. Service Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer engaging in illegal, offensive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or others, including racial, verbal, or sexual harassment.


7. Halong Bay Cruise Bookings

Deposit & Payment

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cruise value is required via credit card or bank transfer upon booking confirmation. If the amount is under $500, we recommend full payment in advance.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.
  • Full Payment: Required if the booking is made less than 30 days before departure.

Cancellations & Refunds

By Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee
  • 15 to 30 days before: 50% of total cost
  • 7 to 14 days before: 75% of total cost
  • Within 7 days or no-show: No refund

By Vietnam Booking Center

We may cancel a cruise due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund but are not entitled to additional compensation.
