Secure Online Payment by Credit Card

We offer a convenient and secure way to pay online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB cards via the Paypal Payment Gateway . All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and meet international security standards. Your card information is processed directly by the payment gateway and is not stored on our system.

How to Make a Payment

After receiving a booking link from us, please:

Review the booking details carefully.
Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Click the payment button to be redirected to the Paypal Payment Gateway.
Complete your payment using your credit card.

Note:
In some cases, your transaction may fail due to the following reasons:

Incorrect card information
Insufficient credit limit (daily/monthly)
Card not activated for international or online payments

If you enter correct information but do not receive a confirmation or transaction result, please do not attempt another payment. Instead, contact our team immediately at sales@vietnambookingcenter.com to verify the status of your transaction.

Tour & Holiday Package Bookings

a. Deposit:
A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required at the time of confirmation. Payment can be made by credit card. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

b. Remaining Balance:
The remaining 70% balance is to be paid upon arrival in Vietnam, unless otherwise arranged.

Halong Bay Cruise Bookings

a. Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your Halong Bay cruise booking. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer (including any applicable bank charges).

Note: If the total amount is under USD 500, we recommend paying in full at the time of booking.

b. Remaining Balance:
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to your arrival in Vietnam.

c. Full Payment Requirement:
If your booking is made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
