At Vietnam Booking Center, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are truly sorry if you must cancel your travel plans. We will always do our best to minimize cancellation fees and assist you with alternative options whenever possible. Below are our standard policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Tours & Holiday Packages

Cancellation by Customer

In the event that you cancel your tour booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 45 days before departure:
  90% refund (a 10% service fee applies)
• 45 to 20 days before departure:
  70% refund (30% of total trip cost will be charged)
• 20 to 15 days before departure:
  50% refund (50% of total trip cost will be charged)
• Less than 15 days before departure or no-show:
  No refund (100% cancellation fee applies)

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have a concern or request regarding a refund, please contact us at sales@vietnambookingcenter.com. We will evaluate your case and do our best to assist.

2. Halong Bay Cruise Bookings

Cancellation by Customer

Cruise bookings are subject to different cancellation terms due to third-party arrangements:

• More than 30 days before departure:
  80% refund (20% cancellation fee applies)
• 15 to 30 days before departure:
  50% refund
• 7 to 14 days before departure:
  25% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show:
  No refund

Cancellation by Vietnam Booking Center

In rare cases, we may be forced to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Public health concerns
• Transport disruptions (airline, cruise, etc.)

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, but no additional compensation can be claimed.

3. Special Offers & Promotions

Please note that special deals or discounted offers agreed upon with your travel consultant may be subject to different cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process and outlined in your booking confirmation.

Special offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
